By placing an order with Leather Morphs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 
General 
Service Area: We currently operate and deliver within Pakistan only.   
Acceptance: Placing an order via website, Facebook, or Instagram constitutes your agreement to these Terms.   
Modifications: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website. 
Products & Natural Leather Authenticity: All products are crafted from genuine leather.   
Natural Variations: Leather is a natural material. Grain, color tone, scars, and marks will vary between pieces. These are not defects but proof of authenticity. Product images are for 
reference only.   
Pricing & Payment 
Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).   
Payment Method: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payments, bank transfers, or cards are accepted at this time.   
Price Changes: Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final. 
Orders & Delivery 
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via call before dispatch.   
Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Delivery across Pakistan 
takes 3-7 working days via our courier partners.   
Delivery Address: Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. Failed delivery due to wrong details or unavailability will result re-delivery charges.   
Inspection: You may inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the rider leaves, the order is considered accepted. 
Exchange Policy – No Returns 
Leather Morphs follows a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy due to the nature of 
leather goods and COD orders. Exchanges are accepted if you are not satisfied with your purchase, item can be exchanged on your request. Following conditions must be met for exchange.  
● Request for exchange must be raised within 2 days of delivery. 
● Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.   
● Items damaged due to use, water, or improper care will not be exchanged.   
● Natural leather variations are not considered defects.   
● Items purchased on sale, discounted, or personalized are not eligible for exchange. 
● If you exchange for an item of lower price, the price difference is not refundable. If you 
exchange for an item of higher price, you must pay the difference at the time of 
exchange. 
● If approved, we will ship the replacement. Customer will pay delivery charges for the 
exchange.   
Warranty & Leather Care 
Limited Warranty: 6-month warranty covers stitching and hardware defects only. Does not cover natural wear, scratches, or water damage.   
Leather Care: Leather requires care. Avoid water, heat, and sharp objects. We are not liable for damage due to misuse. 
Cancellation: 
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Refusing delivery of a dispatched order may result in you being blocked from future COD orders.
